What the research survey asks

The questionnaire asks about your role, AI experience, a work task, useful support and preferred learning format. Optional questions cover your field of work, time spent on the task, possible start timing, an exploratory training budget and how you heard about us. You may optionally provide an email address and permission for one research conversation. You can answer without identifying yourself. Please do not include customer details or confidential business information.

Why we ask

We use answers to understand real work problems and shape possible AI learning content. Survey participation does not register you for a course or webinar, add you to a mailing list or indicate an intention to buy. We will use an email supplied for the survey only to arrange the optional research conversation you requested.

Course waitlist

The separate course waitlist asks for your name and email. You may optionally describe your role, field of work, desired AI capability and current confidence. We use those details to contact you about meaningful AI Business Mastery course updates or an opportunity to join when available. Joining is not enrollment, a reservation or webinar registration. Taking the research survey does not add you to the waitlist. Webinar and short challenge collection remain closed.

Free AI skill check

The separate skill check asks you to choose a work profile and answer twelve scenario questions. Answers and results are processed only in your browser for that visit and are not sent to our server. You can choose to download a result card to your device. The result is indicative, not a formal certification. Completing it does not join the research study or course waitlist.

Storage and access

The website uses Google Firebase Cloud Functions and Firestore. Authorized site operators can review research responses and waitlist requests; public visitors cannot read submissions from the database. Local emulator submissions are not public records. The site does not send survey answers to an AI model.

Retention

Research responses, related research-contact permission, course waitlist requests and their contact permissions are scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission or renewal. Firestore expiry runs asynchronously, so deletion may occur after that date. Non-identifying research findings may be kept longer.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion or removal from the course waitlist or research follow-up, email gireeshkumar.g@gmail.com. Include the email you used if you provided one. Anonymous responses may not be traceable to you later. Leaving the waitlist does not change an anonymous research answer.

Security and site behavior

The API validates and limits requests and uses short-lived keyed identifiers for abuse prevention. Research drafts are not saved in your browser between visits. No advertising trackers or analytics are currently enabled.
